Home Features: This two-story home offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. With warm wood laminate flooring throughout, bamboo shades for privacy, and a fully equipped kitchen, Living Water is ready to welcome you for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

Main Level Living:
Step into a cozy open-concept space featuring a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining table, and central island—perfect for preparing meals or gathering with loved ones. The living area is tastefully decorated and opens onto a peaceful screened-in front porch, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes.

A convenient half bath is located on this level, along with direct access to the back patio, complete with outdoor seating and a grill for dining alfresco.

Second Level:
Upstairs, two bedrooms offer restful spaces for guests:

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, walk-in closet, and marina views from the front balcony.
Second Bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk bed—great for kids or a cozy night in.
Full Bathroom: Tub/shower combo shared between the bedrooms.



Outdoor Space:
Soak up sunshine and harbor breezes from your private patio or enjoy the serene screened-in porch. The home is just steps from the seasonal outdoor pool and marina, making it easy to switch from quiet mornings to adventure-filled afternoons.

Living Water is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved dog. A non-refundable pet fee applies.

No parties, events, or tents
